Sam Choo speaks at annual conference of Council for Learning Disabilities
Earlier this fall, Sam Choo, assistant professor in the Department of Educational Psychology's special education program, spoke at the annual conference of the Council for Learning Disabilities (CLD) in Denver, Colorado. Choo and other scholars in the field of Learning Disabilities were invited to the keynote panel to speak about issues in the field and future solutions.
The CLD is an organization "committed to enhancing the education and quality of life for individuals with learning disabilities across the life span." They advocate for individuals with learning disabilities, disseminate research and other information related to their education, and promote collaboration among professionals in the field, like with the annual conference.
