McComas presents on telehealth at ABAI AUTISM conference
On March 1, Jennifer McComas, professor in the special education program in the Department of Educational Psychology, gave an invited presentation on “Assessment and Treatment of Severe Interfering Behavior via Telehealth,” at the Association for Behavior Analysis International Autism (ABAI AUTISM) conference.
During the presentation, Professor McComas discussed tactics for addressing severe interfering behavior and case examples as well as considerations for future research.
This year’s ABAI AUTISM conference was held virtually with a theme “Synergy of Science and Practice Worldwide.” The Association for Behavior Analysis International (ABAI) is the primary membership organization for those interested in the philosophy, science, application, and teaching of behavior analysis.
