I am the coordinator of the learning disabilities licensure program in special education. After working in the public school system as a special education teacher for ten years, I eventually obtained my doctorate in Educational Psychology here at the University of Minnesota in July of 2008. While working on my doctorate, I accepted a teaching position at U of M where I continue to serve in that capacity today. My responsibilities include advising students interested in seeking LD licensure, teaching courses in the program, coordinating the student teaching experience and assisting students with their final Master’s projects.
