PhD candidate, Ali Fulsher, honored with the Excellence in Teaching Award

Ali Fulsher

Ali Fulsher, PhD candidate in the Department of Educational Psychology's psychological foundations of education program, has been honored with the Excellence in Teaching Award. Only one doctoral and one master's student nominated by a graduate program are given this award annually for excelling in teaching and mentoring as a graduate student.

Along with a $500 honorarium, Fulsher has been nominated for the 2025 Midwestern Association of Graduate Schools (MAGS) Excellence in Teaching Award competition. Similar to the graduate program-specific award, this will be given to one doctoral and one master's student and includes a $750 honorarium. This recognizes graduate students excelling in their university's mission for teaching and learning.

Congratulations, Ali!
